Disclaimer

Recess Chat is an independent product built to add live chat to communities that use Skool. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by or partnered with Skool. "Skool" is a trademark of its respective owner, and references to it are only to describe which platform our members come from.

Recess Chat is provided "as is" and "as available". While we work hard to keep it reliable, we make no warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will suit your purposes. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Messages, images and other content in a community are created by its members, not by us. We do not review or endorse community content and are not responsible for what members post. Community owners are responsible for moderating their own communities. If content in a community is unlawful or breaches our terms of service, report it to the community owner or contact us at support@recesschat.com.

Recess Chat links to other places — your community's Skool pages, owners' Zapier accounts, and links members share in chat. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or practices. Memberships, tier purchases and payments for community plans happen on Skool or through owners' own accounts; we are not a party to them.

Nothing in Recess Chat or on this website is professional, legal, financial or medical advice. Conversations between members are their own opinions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost data or lost profits, arising from your use of Recess Chat. See our terms of service for the full details.

We may update this disclaimer as the product evolves. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
